To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms are also required to abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics. - On all jobs, have a technician who has been formally trained and who has passed all required tests.
- Maintain a continuing education program to keep our technicians up-to-date on the latest changes in the industry.
- Maintain liability insurance to protect you in the event of an accident.
- Maintain a written complaint policy and agree to Better Business Bureau or similar arbitration to resolve disputes and accept the conclusions and recommendations of arbitration.
