We offer custodian and specialized cleaning technician positions in our Janitorial and Specialized Service Divisions. Onsite training is available for all positions.

Janitorial Division:
Our janitorial services division handles all of the manual cleaning in the common areas of homeowners associations, offices, and apartment buildings. It also performs apartment turnover cleaning services, as well as exterior cleaning services.

Specialized Cleaning Division:
Our specialized cleaning services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, natural stone cleaning & maintenance, pressure washing, graffiti abatement, as well as other types of specialized cleaning services. On the job and classroom IICRC certification training will be provided.
Floor Care Professional:
You’ve done it all and love it; cleaning carpets, polishing natural stone, striping, and waxing. Now it’s time to apply your skills and experience in a professional setting. We’re looking for the right person to help develop the specialized cleaning division of our company. Join a stable, successful team of professionals. We’ve been in business for 14 years, and we have a qualified team that works well together. Now, we’re searching for another piece to the puzzle: a responsible, motivated leader.
Applicants must be able to:
- lift heavy equipment
- perform sustained physical activity
- climb ladders & work from heights
- be flexible with their hours.
You must also:
- have outstanding customer service skills
- be able to go to clients for job bids
- calculate job costs
- supervise and train technicians
A clean/valid driver’s license and a cell phone are required. Speaking either Cantonese or Spanish is a plus.
