- Program Entry Systems: We program the new entries and delete the old ones so your tenants are set up quickly and easily!
- Elevator Pad & Floor Protector Installation: We set them up prior to the move (or delivery), and take them down once the move is complete.
- Security: We monitor the front door so no strangers can slip in during the moving process, we manage the elevator key, and conduct a post-move walk-through of the common area and report any damages to the manager.
- Hauling: We can also remove any boxes, packing materials, or trash that tenants may leave behind after a move.
